facebook application allows you to pull your site content to facebook page, this is simple application I made to retrive students stories from http://students.ittelkom.ac.id/ and invite your friends to add this application. since channel users on IRC chat room ( on server students.ittelkom.ac.id:6667 )getting fewer, this thing come up in my head, why don’t I just pull off the user who’s using Yahoo messenger to join channel without having to use IRC client, just yahoo messenger. Then I started googling and found that what I need is combining these two java APIs,  jymsg and pircbot API.

As you can see from screenshot above, user who’s using YM can send message to channel and user on channel can also send their message to YM users.
this gateway i called students2ym  and to join channel #students on students.ittelkom.ac.id from Yahoo Messenger, just add YM id :  students2ym

tak bilang,
“nih liyat hape ku..ada tipi nya kan, tu sama kek di tivi punya najwa,bisa di zoom pula”.
tu anak bilang “waa iya,hapenya bagus ada tipi nya”.
